Ho Chi Minh City International Travel Expo to take place in September 2022

According to the announcement of Ho Chi Minh City Department of Tourism, Ho Chi Minh City International Travel Expo will take place from September 8 to September 10, 2022 at Saigon Convention and Exhibition Center (Secc), District 7, Ho Chi Minh City. The 16th International Travel Expo of Ho Chi Minh City (ITE HCMC) in 2022 with the theme "Growing Forward Togerther". This is Vietnam's annual international tourism event agreed by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as a national event since 2005.

ITE HCMC has established itself as the most important and renowned annual international event in Vietnam and the Mekong subregion after 15 years of effective organization. Commercial, networking, and public activities at the ITE HCMC 2022 fair include: a daily B2B trading connection program, online appointments between sellers and buyers, specialized seminars on key tourism markets, digital transformation and communication on digital platforms, table solutions to promote investment activities to develop tourism economy combined with solutions to revitalize the tourist market; Vietnam– Gala Diner Night, tourism awards, exchange parties of Vietnamese localities and international tourism agencies; Experiences, participation in games, consumer festivals. For the first time, ITE HCMC will combine live and online activities, with over 300 units, 150 international buyers, and 20,000 visitors expected from 50 provinces and towns in Vietnam, as well as 50 countries and territories.

This is an excellent opportunity for provinces, cities, and businesses to present local tourism products to travel companies, news organizations, and the domestic and foreign public. Travel agencies, hotels, and resorts can use this event to advertise new tourist services and goods, identify partners, and sign contracts. ITE HCMC 2022 is a wonderful chance for the tourism industry in Vietnam, in general, and local tourism in particular, to recover and grow in the future.
