Khanh Hoa promulgates a plan to organize cultural, artistic, physical training and sports activities on the occasion of New Year's Eve and "Celebrating the Party - Celebrating the Lunar New Year" in 2023.

Plan No. 1025/KH-UBND dated February 7, 2022 of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee on organizing cultural, tourist and sports activities in 2022 is implemented in Khanh Hoa province. To implement Work Plan 2023, the Department of Culture and Sports of Khanh Hoa province has developed a plan to organize cultural, artistic, physical, and sports activities on the occasion of New Year's Eve in 2023 and "Celebrating the Party - Celebrating the Lunar New Year" in 2023. The programs are organized and implemented with quality and efficiency in the contents of propaganda, culture, arts, physical training and sports activities to improve the spiritual life, create a joyful and exciting atmosphere for all people during New Year 2023 and the Lunar New Year of the Cat. Cadres, party members, civil servants, public officers and employees are propagandized about the 93-year tradition of glorious struggle of the Party and People, thereby contributing to consolidating and fostering the People's trust in the Party, with the socialist regime; at the same time, raising awareness for cadres, party members, civil servants, public officers and employees about key views, guidelines and orientations of the Party in order to continue steadfastly on the goals of national independence, socialism and international integration. It will help strengthen the strength of the great national unity, create a consensus of the society for the guidelines and lines of the Party, policies and laws of the State. A patriotic emulation movement will be launched to actively promote learning and following Ho Chi Minh's thought, morality and style in association with organizing cultural and sports activities to celebrate the 370th anniversary of its establishment and development of Khanh Hoa province (1653-2023), 93 years of the Communist Party of Vietnam (February 3, 1930-February 3, 2023), 93 years of the Party committee of Khanh Hoa province (February 24, 1930-February 24, 2023) to celebrate Lunar New Year 2023.

According to the plan, the first program is "Runway to New Year 2023" performed on December 10, 2022 at 2/4 square, followed by "Bivina" – Festival season 2023” by Bivina Beer brand, the 31st Festival "Soldiers Singing", 2022, Magic gift box, Festival of Musical Groups and Dance Groups in 2022, Art and dance performance program with the theme "Khanh Hoa - bright potentials and aspirations" and the program at the end of 2022 is the Countdown- Happy New Year 2023.

Programs of "Celebrating the Party - Celebrating the Lunar New Year" in 2023 will be held from January 12, 2022 to January 31, 2022 (ie from December 21 of the Year of the Tiger to the 10th of the Lunar New Year of Cat). The main venue is 2/4 Square in Nha Trang city, with activities taking place at the offices of non-business units under the Department and Parks along the coast on Tran Phu Street in Nha Trang, and activities that benefit people in a number of districts, towns, and cities throughout the province.
