Agreement on the policy of organizing Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa International Light Festival 2024

On the afternoon of October 3, Mr. Dinh Van Thieu - Vice Chairman of Khanh Hoa Provincial People's Committee chaired a meeting with relevant departments and agencies on the plan to organize Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa International Light Festival 2024 (referred to as the International Light Festival).

After listening to the consultant to present the plan to organize the International Light Festival and comments of the meeting participants, Mr. Dinh Van Thieu agreed to organize the International Light Festival as part of Nha Trang International Sea Tourism Festival 2024. The International Light Festival will be the key activity of Nha Trang International Sea Tourism Festival, thereby contributing to building the local brand. The Department of Tourism in collaboration with the consultant will develop a specific plan for the International Light Festival and submit to the Provincial People's Committee, in which it is necessary to pay attention to the plan to ensure flight security and safety. In addition to the International Light Festival, there should be other activities to connect and attract visitors to Nha Trang - Khanh Hoa.

The International Light Festival, which will take place from June 1 to 22, 2024, will feature the theme of "Nha Trang Pearl Bay shines up," as planned. The festival is a drone lighting competition that takes place on weekends during the above period. There will be 4 teams participating in the festival, and each night there will be 2 teams competing directly with each other with the number of 1,000 drones for each team. In 4 nights, the teams will follow a different theme given by the Organizing Committee. The winning team will be selected to perform at the opening night of Nha Trang Sea Tourism Festival  2024.
